Shipping
• We are proud to offer you quality products at competitive prices. In order to provide you with the best freight rates possible, we will research the best shipping method and secure the lowest rate available. We will contact you via e-mail or phone with that amount. Freight charges will be added to the order prior to shipping.

Plumbing / Electrical
• All items with plumbing or electrical components or fixtures must be installed by licensed professionals. Failure to do so will automatically void all warranties.

Warranty and Return Policy
• Your satisfaction with the products we distribute and our service is most important. The factories we select are required to produce products of quality and craftsmanship that reflect value and fair prices.

• Please contact us immediately should a question or problem with your purchase arise so we may properly assist.

• Returns can not be accepted without prior authorization and issuance of a return authorization number. All orders are prepared specifically for our customers. Custom orders can not be returned. Any deposits made by the Buyer with respect to Custom Merchandise shall be forfeited if the Buyer refuses to accept delivery of such goods. The forfeiture of such deposit shall constitute liquidated damages and not a penalty and shall be in addition to any other rights or remedies to which Seller may be entitled. Unless as a result of a factory defect, all returns that are authorized are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

• The following factory warranties apply:

Pedicure Spas	1 year
Pneumatic mechanisms, self-skinned urethane parts, casters, arms, stacking chairs, desks	3 years
Shampoo bowls and fixtures	3 years
Shampoo hoses, hair traps, other plastic or molded parts	90 days
Upholstery* *Warranty does not cover matching color, grain, texture or dye lots.	1 year

Warranty Disclaimer
•The Seller hereby assigns to the Buyer those warranties provided by the manufacturer of the goods being purchased. The only remedies for a breach of such warranty shall be those remedies specifically provided by the manufacturer of the goods with respect to which such warranty applies. The Buyer hereby agrees to look solely to the manufacturer of the goods for performance, and/or implementation, of the remedies provided by the manufacturer for the breach of such warranties. The manufacturer warranty is exclusive and no other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied. Seller specifically disclaims the implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

• Warranty claims will be handled by repair or replacement, at our discretion. Products subject to abnormal wear and tear, abuse, improper installation or modification are not covered by the warranty. All damages as a result of shipping must be settled between the purchaser and freight carrier and must be submitted in writing within five days of delivery. Please check your shipments immediately upon delivery and note any damage and / or shortage on the Bill of Lading. You will need to file an inspection report and keep all packaging materials.

Disclaimer of Damages
•The remedies provided herein are Buyers sole and exclusive remedies and in no event shall Seller be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Checks
• All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 service charge.
